- Who We Are
  
  The Institute of Petroleum and Geology (IPG), estabilished in 2012 based on Decree-Law nº 33/2012 of July 18, is public institution of the Timor-Leste Government, under the supervision of the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals(MPM) with the objective of developing geological studies of mineral resources, including Timor-Leste’s oil and gas, using modern technical and scientific basis, enabling the development of the country.

Inclinometer Monitoring and Data Collection between IPG, Geological Hazard Division and MOP-DRBFC Team

On March 28-29, the team consists of IPG Geological Hazard Division and MOP-DRBFC, did the 5^th Inclinometer Monitorization at A05 road along Aituto Area, Ainaro Municipality.

The Monitorization of inclinometer is to identify the landslide movement which displaced along the A05 road slope in Aituto. This Inclinometer monitoring will be continuing every month until the end of the year. The result of the Inclinometer data will be used later for Slope Stability Analysis and Study in the area.
